About the role

  • Professional and content-related organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
  • Personal point of contact for our clients
  • Conducting sales consultations, property tours & complaint management
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
  • Independent monitoring of economically relevant KPIs
  • Creative and autonomous planning of Kameha events
  • Evaluation and follow-up of events
  • Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, unique gastronomy and high-complexity events
  • Strong customer focus demonstrated by a confident, open and communicative manner
  • Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to keep a cool head and a good sense of humor
  • Team player and flexible
  • Excellent German and English language skills
