About the role
- Professional and content-related organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
- Personal point of contact for our clients
- Conducting sales consultations, property tours & complaint management
- Administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
- Independent monitoring of economically relevant KPIs
- Creative and autonomous planning of Kameha events
- Evaluation and follow-up of events
- Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, unique gastronomy and high-complexity events
- Strong customer focus demonstrated by a confident, open and communicative manner
- Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
- Hands-on mentality, ability to keep a cool head and a good sense of humor
- Team player and flexible
- Excellent German and English language skills
