About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within LATAM.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of Kambi’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to scope opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful deal execution.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitor intelligence reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in LATAM with a proven record of closing large, complex deals;
  • 2+ years in sports betting or iGaming.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sports and technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously on strategic, high-value deals; willingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice; strong time management and commercial acumen.
