About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Standardization and harmonization of existing sales processes for inside and field sales
Optimization of end-to-end processes to reduce cycle times, error rates, and costs
Development of a unified process landscape for field sales, key account management, and private customers — to maximize efficiency and flexibility
Professional project management for rollouts and automations, particularly in the proprietary system and Salesforce
Close collaboration with Sales, sales controlling analysts, IT, and other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in process and/or project management, ideally in a sales environment (at least 3–5 years)
Solid knowledge in modeling and optimizing business processes (end-to-end)
Experience with CRM and workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and facilitation skills and a high degree of assertiveness
