About the role
- Managing and advising our B2B existing customers in the West sales territory
- Active acquisition of new customers in the professional housing sector
- Systematic market and potential analysis
- Cross-selling and upselling across the entire product portfolio
- Close coordination with the operational KALO field sales organization
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience (at least 5 years) with technically complex products or services
- Good knowledge of the housing industry or the energy sector
- Clear communication skills and persuasive ability
- Strong sense for customers and closing deals
- Technical affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with digital heating systems, smart-heating technologies, and hydraulic balancing
- Strong solution orientation, initiative, and decisiveness
- Residence within the sales areas: Münster, Bielefeld, Paderborn, Wuppertal, Hagen, Dortmund, Meschede, Aachen, Solingen, Cologne, Siegen
