About the role
- Management and advisory support for B2B existing customers in the sales territory of East Upper Bavaria
- Active new customer acquisition within the professional residential property sector
- Systematic market and potential analysis
- Cross- and upselling across the product portfolio to generate additional contract volume
- Close coordination with the operational field sales organization.
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) with technically complex products
- Good knowledge of the residential property sector or the energy sector
- Clear communication and persuasive ability
- Strong customer intuition and deal-closing skills
- Technical affinity for digital heating systems and smart-heating technologies
- Strong solution orientation and decisiveness
- Residence located within the sales territory of East Upper Bavaria.
