Key responsibilities & impact

As an AI & Automation Business Analyst, you act as the strategic translator between business needs and technical solutions
Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their processes and pain points
Ask the right questions (including those no one thinks to ask)
Identify concrete automation and AI opportunities
Document current and target processes
Write clear, useful, and directly actionable specifications
Propose approaches based on AI, automation, and integration
Validate solutions with clients
Adjust quickly when a solution doesn’t match reality
Identify what can be optimized after delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business analysis, consulting, or transformation
Strong ability to structure, simplify, and clarify
Comfortable working with clients and technical teams
Good understanding of technical environments (APIs, automation, data)
Genuine interest in applying AI to business processes
Excellent communication skills
Autonomy, sound judgment, and critical thinking
Comfortable in an environment where time tracking is a discipline (non-negotiable)
Excellent French, functional English
