About the role
- Prospect and engage target accounts via calls, email, and social outreach
- Qualify prospects and set meetings for AEs with clear notes and next steps
- Run follow-ups and nurture early-stage leads
- Maintain accurate Salesforce activity, notes, and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on messaging tests and feedback loops
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or outbound-focused sales experience
- Comfortable cold calling and writing outbound emails
- Track record meeting goals/targets in a quota-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Salesforce experience (or similar CRM)
