Tech Lead Manager – Core UX

Customer Success Manager

• Master Kalepa's SaaS platform
• Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of Kalepa’s SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams
• Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives
• Plan, execute, and lead client user training
• Leverage large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
• Coordinate with Kalepa’s Product team to support our product’s growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting

Client Success Manager

• Collaborate with our product teams, client success, and sales, to design end-to-end product experiences that balance user needs and business goals.
• Work on new product areas and features, translating early ideas into clear, usable designs with support from senior teammates.
• Tackle complex, data-heavy workflows and help make them intuitive and clear for our users.
• Iterate quickly, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to refine your designs.
• Support design QA and polish for core flows to ensure consistency and implementation quality.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
• Leverage AI and rapid prototyping tools to speed up ideation, discovery, and iteration.

Senior Product Designer

Content Marketing Manager

• Own Kalepa’s blog strategy and editorial calendar, aligned to brand, product, and GTM priorities
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality long-form content including educational posts, industry POV pieces, deep dives, and playbooks
• Write and edit content across formats as needed: landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, newsletters, webinars, product explainers, and sales enablement content
• Own SEO execution and content structure to drive organic growth and improve performance across search engines and AI answer engines (LLM visibility)
• Build and run a LinkedIn thought leadership program, ghostwriting for leaders and SMEs while matching their voice and point of view
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate production (ideation, outlining, summaries, editing, versioning), while owning end-to-end quality control
• Track and report on performance (engagement, traffic, rankings, conversion signals, and sales usage) and continuously refine topics, formats, and distribution strategy
