About the role
- You take responsibility for the sales targets in your region and lead a committed team of Account Managers and Clinical Product Specialists.
- You lead, coach and motivate your team to ensure sales conversations with diabetologists are successful and shared goals are achieved.
- You plan, coordinate and manage all field activities in your region — with a focus on revenue growth and market penetration.
- You analyze regional KPIs, derive actions and continuously develop your sales territories.
- You work closely with the national sales leadership to implement strategies effectively and ensure target attainment.
Requirements
- Ability to act successfully and independently in challenging environments.
- A positive mindset that sees challenges as motivation.
- Several years of experience as a Regional Manager in the healthcare or MedTech sector.
- Passion for modern leadership, team development and motivation.
- Strong target orientation, pronounced hands-on mentality and decisiveness.
- Analytical thinking, confident KPI interpretation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent English skills for collaboration with international colleagues.
