About the role

  • You take responsibility for the sales targets in your region and lead a committed team of Account Managers and Clinical Product Specialists.
  • You lead, coach and motivate your team to ensure sales conversations with diabetologists are successful and shared goals are achieved.
  • You plan, coordinate and manage all field activities in your region — with a focus on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • You analyze regional KPIs, derive actions and continuously develop your sales territories.
  • You work closely with the national sales leadership to implement strategies effectively and ensure target attainment.

Requirements

  • Ability to act successfully and independently in challenging environments.

  • Several years of experience as a Regional Manager in the healthcare or MedTech sector.
