About the role
- Lead sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management across all open roles, ensuring candidates receive a first-in-class, white-glove experience from initial outreach through interview completion.
- Own full-lifecycle recruiting for a select set of roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines, and to keep searches moving efficiently.
- Proactively manage candidates through each stage of the hiring process with clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
- Track, analyze, and communicate pipeline health, hiring progress, and key recruiting metrics to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Own interview coordination across roles and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve recruiting workflows and contribute to scaling our hiring processes.
- Participate in weekly recruiting and hiring syncs, sharing updates, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with tools like Gem and Ashby (or similar ATS platform).
- Proven ability to balance sourcing, recruiting, and scheduling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with hiring managers at all levels.
- A systems-minded recruiter who enjoys building scalable, efficient recruiting processes.
- Someone who leads with kindness, empathy, and transparency in all candidate interactions.
