- Leverage automation tools and creative sourcing tactics
- Collaborate with recruiting and business leaders to improve operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or hybrid roles
- Strong proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Ashby
- Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for candidate outreach and creative sourcing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and judgment when interacting with candidates and teammates
- Systems-minded approach for optimizing workflows
