About the role
- Develop and execute communication strategies to support public policy, regulatory, and government affairs objectives.
- Translate complex policy and regulatory topics into clear messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Draft and review policy-related materials, including position papers, talking points, Q&A documents, briefings, op-eds, and executive speeches.
- Partner closely with Public Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Monitor political, regulatory, and policy developments, assessing potential reputational and business impact.
- Support engagement with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and other key stakeholders through strategic communications.
- Manage issues and crisis communications related to public policy and regulation.
- Ensure messaging aligns with corporate values, ESG commitments, and long-term reputation goals.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in corporate, policy, or institutional communications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related fields;
- Experience working with and influencing leadership stakeholders across legal and public policy functions;
- Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish command is desirable.
