About the role

  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of targeted marketing activities and campaigns for prospective students with the Abitur (university-entrance qualification)
  • Developing and implementing the social media content plan and managing the social media agency, with a focus on Instagram
  • Conceptualizing and editing online communications (website, newsletters) and informational materials for the Abitur target group
  • Active lead management and expansion of the CRM system (HubSpot) to build customer relationships through targeted communications (e.g., personalized emails, content offerings)
  • Regular advising of prospective students
  • Conceptualizing and overseeing video and audio productions
  • Planning, executing and following up on information events

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on communications/media studies or marketing
  • Professional experience in traditional marketing and/or communications
  • Strong interest in health, care, education or social services
  • Ideally experienced with WordPress, HubSpot and Canva
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity
  • Meticulous, structured, proactive and independent working style
  • Strong team orientation
