About the role
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of targeted marketing activities and campaigns for prospective students with the Abitur (university-entrance qualification)
- Developing and implementing the social media content plan and managing the social media agency, with a focus on Instagram
- Conceptualizing and editing online communications (website, newsletters) and informational materials for the Abitur target group
- Active lead management and expansion of the CRM system (HubSpot) to build customer relationships through targeted communications (e.g., personalized emails, content offerings)
- Regular advising of prospective students
- Conceptualizing and overseeing video and audio productions
- Planning, executing and following up on information events
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably with a focus on communications/media studies or marketing
- Professional experience in traditional marketing and/or communications
- Strong interest in health, care, education or social services
- Ideally experienced with WordPress, HubSpot and Canva
- Excellent communication skills and creativity
- Meticulous, structured, proactive and independent working style
- Strong team orientation
