About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates across Delivery Management, Product, Engineering, AI and Cyber Security
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom CRM, referrals, talent communities and market mapping to build pipelines
  • Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate skills and alignment
  • Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and share recruiting insights
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues on creative, data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Communicate clearly with candidates, set expectations and represent Kainos professionally
  • Use sourcing tools, market intelligence and metrics to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Contribute independently within a collaborative, fast-paced Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment, in-house or agency, ideally within technical hiring
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom
  • Proactive, organised approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with sourcing metrics and performance data
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends and advanced search techniques
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team
  • Desirable: experience in global environments
  • Desirable: advanced Boolean search capability
  • Desirable: familiarity with talent intelligence tools
  • Desirable: experience sourcing for highly technical roles
