About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and offering advice
- Own the configuration of complex initiatives and guide clients through testing
- Mentor junior consultants and promote capability development across the team
- Proactively advise on dependencies and maintenance concerns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and another functional area
- Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas
- Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics
- Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead cross-functional workshops
