Work with customer architects to design, automate, build, and support digital service platforms
Provide leadership working alongside colleagues in engineering, testing, consulting, product management, and security
Share knowledge internally and within the industry
Manage, coach, and develop a small number of staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proven experience of team leadership
Demonstrated ability in managing, coaching and developing junior members of your team
Personal ownership of building and operating modern digital service platforms
Significant expertise in designing, building, testing, automating, and supporting digital service platforms
Proficient in Powershell, Bash, Python, Ruby, Go, or Groovy
Experience using public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Experience with container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes
