Participate in all aspects of the integration lifecycle from architecture to ongoing customer support
Develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Mentor junior team members in Workday Integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional work experience
Workday Integrations Certification
Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT including streaming
Knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges
Good customer focus, with some experience in a client facing environment
Able to build relationships and understand customer needs
Some consulting skills (e.g., presenting, explaining functionality to customers)
Clear and effective communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
