About the role

  • Participate in all aspects of the integration lifecycle from architecture to ongoing customer support
  • Develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Mentor junior team members in Workday Integrations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Workday Integrations Certification
  • Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT including streaming
  • Knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges
  • Good customer focus, with some experience in a client facing environment
  • Able to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Some consulting skills (e.g., presenting, explaining functionality to customers)
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
