About the role

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and optimisation of Workday and other HRIS solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Serve as a strategic link between the People Team, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities support functional requirements
  • Analyse and streamline People/HR processes through automation, improved workflows, and self-service utilisation
  • Oversee data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics, generating insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Support the rollout of new Workday modules, enhancements, system upgrades, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Lead People/ HR transformation projects, including process redesign, technology adoption, and workforce enablement
  • Partner with senior People/ HR and business leaders to define strategic objectives and deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability
  • Support the transition towards a more digital, self-service, and data-driven People function
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to People team and employees on new systems and processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering strategic insights on HR transformation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business transformation, HR technology, or HR operations
  • Workday HCM certification, or experience supporting a Workday implementation
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday)
  • Strong knowledge of People processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, and system implementation
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Expertise in excel, data analysis, reporting, and people metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving adoption and engagement
