About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Upload and prioritise new referrals in Socrates using our risk and prioritisation framework
  • Provide support in the Pathways inbox by allocating tasks, actioning queries, and escalating where needed
  • Help manage the referral portals and communication of outcomes
  • Request further documentation or information when a referral needs it
  • Send acknowledgement messages and provide basic guidance on documentation requirements
  • Keep records, correspondence, and data entry accurate and audit-ready across all systems
  • Acknowledge and escalate complaints or appeals appropriately
  • Protect the privacy and dignity of every person whose information passes through your hands, in line with the Code of Rights and relevant legislation
  • Support scheduling by allocating referrals and monitoring workflow across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with an eye for accuracy
  • Confidence working across digital systems, portals, and either Socrates or a similar case management system
  • A genuine commitment to confidentiality and treating people with respect
  • Clear, warm communication - whether it's a phone call, an email, or a note in a file
  • The ability to stay steady, organised, and solutions-focused when things get busy
