About the role

  • Designing, managing and further developing internal and external communication channels and tools
  • Establishing and expanding a modern communications culture, including suitable formats and standards
  • Further development of the social media presence and support in strengthening the employer brand
  • Creative content production for website, intranet, social media, newsletters and print
  • Event management and coordination of external agencies
  • Maintaining and further developing the corporate design and implementing appropriate marketing measures
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing and Corporate Communications Advisor on strategic and operational topics

Requirements

  • Completed relevant vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications or business administration
  • Professional experience—ideally in the housing sector (residential property management)
  • Confident handling of digital media, social media, modern communication formats and marketing tools
  • Enjoys creative content production—both in front of and behind the camera
  • Clear, creative and audience-targeted communication
  • Team player with strong networking skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Structured working style and a desire to further develop processes
