Customer Support

• Professionally answer and forward incoming telephone calls
• Respond to inquiries and requests by phone and in writing
• Greet and assist members, visitors and service providers
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including digitization
• Create tickets and assign them to the relevant departments
• Manage the online procedure for new rental listings and prepare rental lists
• Communicate with external service providers
• Provide administrative and organizational support to technical and commercial colleagues
• General administrative tasks
• Occasionally cover tasks in office and facility/space management
