About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts and conduct regular field visits
- Execute new merchant onboarding and in-store training
- Conduct purposeful store visits focused on execution and coaching
- Monitor account-level performance against territory quota
- Log all store visits and interactions in HubSpot
- Work closely with Senior Account Managers to set territory priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing environments is a huge plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Map My Customers
- Prior field sales or account support experience
