About the role
- Manage and mentor QA engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in testing
- Prepare releases and perform root cause analysis for defects
- Collaborate with development team to enhance quality standards and feedback loops
- Plan and prioritize manual and automated tests, triage bugs, and manage QA workload
- Document and train standardized QA processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, SDET, or software development
- Experience leading QA efforts and working hands-on with automated tests
- Ability to balance planning and executing test strategies
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of test architecture, CI pipelines
- Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and solving complex problems
