About the role

  • Coordinate the organizational aspects of our training, webinar, and community projects
  • Plan timelines and coordinate all stakeholders involved
  • Handle project-related communication with clients and partners
  • Prepare reports and track KPIs
  • Support the ongoing development of existing programs and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in project management — ideally in an agency, corporate, or digital environment
  • Confident client-facing experience and assured communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Structured working style and ability to maintain an overview across multiple concurrent topics
  • Experience in reporting and documenting projects using KPIs
  • Familiarity with digital tools and openness to using AI — ideally with some hands-on experience
