About the role

  • Serve as the Principal in Charge (PIC) and primary point of contact for key clients
  • Identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with K2M leadership to market technical expertise and design capabilities
  • Maintain active involvement in industry and professional organizations
  • Provide senior-level project oversight and monitor project performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience leading project teams at a senior level
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in our industry or related field
  • Strong preference for candidates with significant experience in Civic, Justice, and/or Public Safety segments
  • Proven expertise managing clients, teams, and projects
