Overview : An Architectural team member works independently, developing design or technical solutions under supervision of a Project Manager, Architect, Designer, Engineer and other staff in continued growth and education by performing the following duties

Job Responsibilities: Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer. Uses design technology software to prepare project documents. Draws finished designs from sketches. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations. Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data. Writes reports and specifications. Travels for client meetings, consultant coordination, site surveys, construction administration, etc. (5-10% of time reserved for travel)

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Architecture from a NAAB accredited college or university
