About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and grow relationships within the SAP ecosystem (SAP, partners, GSIs)
  • Leverage ERPSim as a strategic entry point for enterprise clients
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand K2U’s ecosystem
  • Generate and convert alliance-driven education pipeline in the US
  • Drive co-sell motions with SAP and partner organizations
  • Embed K2U into SAP-led transformation programs
  • Position K2U offerings across: Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Workforce enablement & adoption, SAP capability development programs
  • Enable partners to integrate K2U into their transformation delivery models
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across SAP and partner organizations
  • Represent K2U in partner meetings, events, and strategic discussions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on enablement and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10 years in alliances, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Strong experience within the SAP ecosystem (preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships
  • Experience engaging with enterprise clients and consulting partners
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue and outcomes
  • Ability to translate partnerships into tangible business opportunities
  • Strong relationship builder with executive presence
  • Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to expand beyond core partnerships over time
