About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Head of Commercial and Commercial Lead in developing and delivering pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions
- Compile and review market analysis, benchmarking, and competitor pricing strategies
- Identify opportunities to optimise pricing profitability while meeting customer needs and maintaining service levels
- Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, and Finance to determine optimal pricing for new and existing services
- Develop pricing guidelines and deliver training to support effective price negotiations
- Own the MCE process by compiling costs, benchmarking historic data, and advising Client Services and Account Management on recommended mark-ups
- Optimise margins by service and location
- Manage the partner invoicing process from initial quotation to final invoice approval, including invoicing inboxes and AP portal oversight
- Track and review additional non-approved costs to protect margins and identify process or service improvements
- Review pricing trends by customer and service line to support data-driven pricing decisions
- Monitor and analyse the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profit margins, and market share
- Monitor and enforce pricing policies across the organisation
- Update and record information in databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation
- Alert management to escalations, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties directed by management
Requirements
