About the role

  • Strategic AI tooling roadmap: design and implement an AI tooling strategy for the tech cluster; decide when to use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, cloud services, or on-premises solutions based on developers' needs
  • Efficiency and workflow optimization: design architectures and best practices to avoid unnecessary AI calls and to control exponential growth in API costs
  • Business-to-central liaison: primary point of contact between business units and central functions; identify AI-related requirements and translate them into concrete AI solutions
  • Enablement & change management: ongoing needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensuring that tailored AI training is provided according to business requirements.

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: experience building or deploying multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) as well as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Highly self-motivated and pioneering mindset; able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, business awareness, and instructional ability
  • Security and compliance mindset: understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks
  • Ideally, experience in regulated or safety-critical R&D environments
