About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively support the sales team.
- Work closely with the Strategic Team within Professional Sales.
- Prepare customized quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Carry out accurate calculations and ensure compliance with relevant pricing and discount structures.
- Maintain master data and manage product listings in coordination with Product Management and Marketing.
- Produce informative reports and price lists, and provide image and POS materials.
- Prepare presentations for customer meetings and new listings, and perform general administrative sales support tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK (commercial high school), HLW) or equivalent.
- Professional experience in inside sales / sales support.
- Comfortable performing calculations and preparing quotes.
- Strong numeracy and confident use of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ideally, experience with SAP and CRM systems.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, team spirit, and a positive mindset.
