About the role
- You inspire our retail partners (hardware stores, electrical retailers, etc.) with our Kärcher cleaning equipment and consumables across the Burgenland, Styria and Carinthia territory.
- From product consultation through pricing to order coordination – you are the competent point of contact for our partners.
- You build and maintain sustainable relationships with our retail partners and further develop existing partnerships.
- You are responsible for professional product presentation, carry out store layout changes and set up targeted promotional areas directly at the POS.
- You keep an eye on the market, analyze customer potential and identify new business opportunities.
- You plan your appointments and routes independently and efficiently.
Requirements
- You reside within the sales territory and have relevant field sales experience in the retail environment (experience with hardware stores desirable).
- You are confident, loyal and goal-oriented.
- You enjoy selling and advising customers and possess strong communication skills.
- You have an affinity for technical products and good PC skills (including CRM systems).
- Driver’s license (category B) and willingness to travel within your region.
