About the role

  • Create and update product records in the ERP (codes, descriptions, weight, dimensions)
  • Configure logistics data (safety stock, lead times, order units)
  • Manage product lifecycles (introducing new items and discontinuations)
  • Analyze purchasing needs based on sales forecasts and stock levels
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers
  • Track order confirmations and ensure delivery dates are met
  • Optimize stock turnover and minimize excess/dormant inventory
  • Manage priorities in case of stock-out risks
  • Organize and oversee cycle counts and annual inventories
  • Maintain regular follow-up with suppliers on lead times
  • Handle receiving disputes (quantity discrepancies, non-conformities) in coordination with accounting and the warehouse

Requirements

  • Bac+2/3 (Logistics, Supply Chain e.g., DUT QLIO) or Production Management
  • Ideally 1–2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to handle urgent situations and prioritize
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of SAP and KINAXIS is a strong plus
  • Professional working proficiency in English appreciated
