About the role

  • Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders
  • Responsive Interaction with customers providing the highest level of service
  • Satisfy all business reporting documentation
  • Recognizing and securing additional revenue opportunities
  • Daily processing of Parts Received at tech location
  • Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
  • troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment
  • Strong electro-mechanical skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
