About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders
- Responsive Interaction with customers providing the highest level of service
- Satisfy all business reporting documentation
- Recognizing and securing additional revenue opportunities
- Daily processing of Parts Received at tech location
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
- troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment
- Strong electro-mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
