About the role

  • Demonstrate machines to sales consultants and trade partners
  • Coordinate demonstrations and liaise with sales consultants
  • Support sales consultants with comprehensive demonstrations, including technical instructions
  • Set up and prepare sold and demo machines
  • Be familiar with all applications of the machines and accessories, as well as their performance, benefits and value for the customer
  • Possess sound technical knowledge of the use of cleaning agents and ancillary products
  • Instruct customers on sold machines, including accessories and cleaning agents
  • Train end users at the customer site
  • Sell necessary consumables as follow-up business
  • Maintain the demo fleet
  • Unpack and prepare new machines, including transport

Requirements

  • Vocational training or further education as a mechanic, or strong technical aptitude
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role or as a mechanic
  • Solution- and customer-oriented mindset with a flair for sales
  • Category B and C driving licenses
  • Excellent German and good English; French is an advantage
  • Good user skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
