About the role

  • Demonstrating machines for sales consultants and trade partners
  • Coordinating demonstrations and liaising with the sales consultant
  • Supporting sales consultants with comprehensive demonstrations, including technical instructions
  • Setting up and preparing sold and demonstration machines
  • Knowing all applications of the machines and accessories, as well as their capabilities, benefits and advantages for the customer
  • Solid technical knowledge of the use of cleaning agents and auxiliary products
  • Providing handover and instruction for sold machines, including accessories and cleaning agents, at the customer's site
  • Training end users at the customer's site
  • Selling required consumables as follow-up business
  • Maintenance of the demo fleet
  • Unpacking and preparing new machines, including transport

Requirements

  • Vocational training or further training as a mechanic, or strong technical aptitude
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role or as a mechanic
  • Solution- and customer-oriented approach, with a sales mindset
  • Valid driving licenses: categories B and C
  • Fluent in German and good command of English; French is an advantage
  • Proficient user knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
