About the role
- Prepare work instructions and design fixtures and tooling for assembly and manufacturing
- Participate in continuous improvement teams, applying Lean Manufacturing on a daily basis
- Conduct time studies and production line balancing
- Implement process improvements and modifications as part of projects
- Provide support in the development of new suppliers
- Address issues related to the factory's production dynamics, seeking innovative solutions
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency to communicate with global partners
- Experience on the shop floor (manufacturing environment)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automation, or related fields)
- Ability to work in a team and manage high workloads while prioritizing tasks
