About the role
- You are the face of Kärcher in the building cleaning sector
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers
- Analyze the individual needs of cleaning service providers
- Develop tailored cleaning concepts and solutions
- Proactively acquire new business partners in the region
- Support customers' continued development and growth
- Work closely with the Key Account team
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational qualification
- Solid experience in direct sales, ideally in the building cleaning or service industry
- Strong negotiation skills and a creative, customer-oriented approach
- Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the region
