About the role

  • Responsible for the direct and indirect handling of the Northern and Eastern European military markets (NATO)
  • Present technical products to military customers and conduct successful negotiations with public contracting authorities
  • Maintain and continuously expand existing partner networks
  • Ongoing market monitoring and identification of relevant capability gaps in each country, as well as analysis of local competitors
  • Close collaboration with Bid Management in the context of international public tenders

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Political Science, or Social Sciences
  • Several years of military training or service (e.g., SaZ 12) or relevant experience in a military environment, ideally with prior sales experience
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages desirable
  • Strong sales skills and a high customer orientation, with interest in the cultures of neighboring European countries
  • Willingness to travel
  • Technical understanding and solid proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Leadership experience and strong reasoning and communication skills, complemented by organizational talent and an entrepreneurial, international mindset
