About the role

  • Take over a well-maintained customer portfolio of military procurement authorities
  • Identify decision-makers and revenue potential
  • Responsible for the sales revenue of one of the key customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Present new concepts and existing products
  • Conduct tailored market analyses and develop strategies for market engagement

Requirements

  • A completed degree in engineering or business administration, e.g., industrial engineering or business studies
  • Military service with the Bundeswehr or another Western European army (e.g., SaZ 12 contract)
  • Experience in military CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) defence, water treatment/purification, field camp or catering/logistics operations
  • Proven success in selling complex, consultative solutions
  • Established network in the German defence/armaments industry
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and negotiation abilities
