About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimize local marketing campaigns across various channels
- Act as the operational contact for local digital platforms and execute updates and content optimization
- Align marketing activities with local sales goals to drive leads and growth
- Lead local marketing projects and events from planning to evaluation
- Track campaign performance and report insights to the regional team
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing communication, with experience in leading campaigns and projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
- Experience with online marketing (Social Media, Newsletters) and content adaptation
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, fairs, and conferences
- Professional fluency in English and Norwegian
