About the role
- Accurately and timely complete Astea Mobile Work Orders
- Capture labor and travel time stamps, equipment list, parts and materials needed and/or used
- Provide responsive interaction with customers
- Satisfy business reporting documentation in a timely manner
- Recognize and secure additional revenue opportunities
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
- Strong electro-mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
