About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensures reliable operation of mail processing equipment through troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Resolves hardware, software, and system issues to minimize customer downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Supports installation, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance of mail processing systems and equipment.
  • Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Maintains accurate service documentation, maintenance records, and compliance-related reporting.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all service activities.
  • Support on-call and emergency response activities to restore equipment functionality and minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or maintenance on automated electromechanical equipment, preferably in the mail or logistics industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware support certification.
  • Electromechanical Technician Certification or equivalent (e.g., ETA, IPC)
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification for safety compliance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain customer-required clearances, site certifications and training.
