About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be part of the cross-functional product management team responsible for all machines and digital products from Körber Pharma Inspection
  • Collaborate strategically and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders; translate customer needs into technical product requirements and work with engineering to build and deliver world-class products
  • Serve as the product voice to customers and the customer voice to product development
  • Monitor, analyze and report on end-user feedback and drive product evolution in the marketplace
  • Ensure product functionalities are intuitive and user-friendly
  • Supervise and advise the Scrum team to meet software expectations
  • Define roadmaps for products in the development phase
  • Prepare software release constraints and software risk registers
  • Monitor progress against interim and final development milestones
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a holistic digital product and data strategy
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, sales tools and product demonstrations for your product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree with a technical or scientific focus, or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5+ years of experience shaping highly complex software- or data-driven products as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Fluency in German preferred; strong English communication skills required. Additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organisation, with strong skills in team motivation and goal orientation
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a long-term vision for the product
  • Strong customer-oriented thinking
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to see opportunities and possibilities where others see barriers and constraints
  • Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria and the definition of done
  • Previous experience in consumer health and/or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
