About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- shape together with your team the future of pharma manufacturing
- take ownership on innovation topics
- manage, grow and contribute to our international knowledge community
- responsible for developing specialization within a specific domain of expertise
- sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully
- help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- translate customer requirements into software application
- manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs
- participate in the design of client information systems
- organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
- seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
- collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution
- investigate client issues and communicate key insights and findings to product team
- analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- excellent communication skills and are at native-speaker level in English, third language preferred
- degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
- two (2) years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X
- proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications
- strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- solid analytical skills
