About the role

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, setting priorities and resolving conflicts as needed
  • Ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and control the project master schedule to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project participants
  • Manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, aiming to deliver results within or below financial targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering collaboration and team development
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project execution and organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may also be considered
  • 5–8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and complexity, ideally in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued at over $50 million
  • Experience working in international or cross-functional team environments
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in complex environments
  • High level of organizational skill and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools and familiarity with ERP or project management systems
  • Able to travel up to 50% or as required based on project needs
  • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification—preferred but not required
  • Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
