Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a strategy department or strategy consulting
- Practical experience in business plan modelling, M&A and post‑merger integration
- Developing long-term product and business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Ideally, previous work experience abroad or in a highly international environment
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margins, ROI and profitability calculations
- Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership and development of teams
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and a high degree of creativity
- Confident communication at all hierarchical levels
- Experience with international customer contact across the sales and project lifecycle
