About the role
- Lead automation projects involving both software and hardware for customer projects
- Software engineering of machine control systems and implementation of software concepts
- Development and commissioning of interfaces to third-party machines
- Support for internal commissioning of machines and third-party equipment in the automation area
- Preparation of machine retrofits and modifications and their on-site commissioning at customer locations
- Occasional troubleshooting assignments at customer sites
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical diploma (HF/FH)
- Experience in industrial automation
- Strong PLC programming skills (B&R experience a plus)
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%)
