About the role
- Development of new and innovative products in the field of assembly or labeling machines — from concept to realization
- Design and development of machine solutions
- Calculations and sizing of assemblies in accordance with the requirements specification and value-engineering requirements
- Design and optimization of assemblies and machine modules
- Planning and execution of tests, including evaluation and documentation
- Evaluation of new components in coordination with Purchasing and integration of equipment
- Close collaboration with other departments
- Support for Engineering and Sales on technical questions
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a mechanical designer with further training in mechanical engineering (HF) or equivalent
- Experience in new development and design of complex machines, preferably for the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience and knowledge in assembly machines and labeling are an advantage
- Good knowledge of automation technology and mechanical engineering
- Proficient in 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks or Siemens NX)
- Confident communication skills in German and English (minimum level B2)
