About the role

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for HMI and control software
  • Integrate security mechanisms into the development process following DevSecOps principles
  • Automate tests, deployments and security checks
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and logging of machine software for fault analysis and condition monitoring
  • Work closely with software development, IT security and operations
  • Support compliance with relevant standards and document safety-related processes
  • Implement and verify backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Support development teams with automation tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers regarding the IT security of our machine software

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, development workflows and CI/CD processes
  • Solid knowledge of IT security – ideally in an industrial environment
  • Experience with machine-related software (e.g. HMI, Windows, Java, PLCs according to IEC 61131, OPC UA)
  • Structured, security-conscious and team-oriented
  • Business-fluent German and advanced written and spoken English
