About the role
- You advise and support managers and the Executive Board on all personnel-related and strategic HR matters.
- You also support the team in managing top executives.
- You accompany the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring through development to separation — and implement HR strategies within the company.
- You are responsible for the goal-setting and salary review processes, as well as the analysis of HR KPIs, personnel cost planning, and organizational management.
- You have specific responsibility for the Group Function Technology & Innovation and other corporate entities.
- You work closely with internal HR Services and act as the central point of contact for labor law issues and co-determination matters.
- You actively drive topics related to corporate culture and leadership and support the organization in further developing cultural and leadership principles.
- As part of the HR community, you actively contribute to group-wide HR projects.
- You are responsible for Compensation & Benefits topics with a particular focus on top executives and managing directors, prepare robust compensation benchmarks, design and calculate market-appropriate compensation packages, and contribute to the strategic development of remuneration systems.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification with an HR focus
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with responsibility for international or group-wide topics
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, including market and benchmark analyses, designing compensation packages for all levels up to top-executive remuneration, and solid experience working with remuneration systems
- Experience in supporting and shaping culture and leadership topics
- Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law and solid practical experience collaborating with co-determination bodies (e.g. works councils)
- Confident user of MS 365; ideally also experienced with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Analytical thinking, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills
